Timeshare - Good or bad??

Have you ever wondered as to whether package tour operators try to scare you into not purchasing a timeshare since it will rob them of potential revenue? I often wondered about that and so decided to find out for myself.

There is bad press about timeshares, then again there is bad press about some package holidays companies.

Timeshare will not suit everyone, so who will it suit?

• Those wishing to visit the same place year after year since this can save money by not having to pay to transfer to a different location.
• Those that are not bothered if entertainment is provided or not since they prefer to make their own.
• Those that prefer to either cook for themselves or eat out.

Who will it not suit?

• Those that prefer to holiday in a different locations every year
